week 4 - maple glazed tuna with pear-potato salad

this week is tuna with potato salad at grace's! it was pretty easy to make but pretty expensive because of the tuna but its worth it!!

 

i think i messed up on the recipe by putting too much baby spinach but it turned out good anyway.

 grace's mom also brought home live shrimp and this one had babies!!! BABIES!

week 3 - sweet potato puree with streusel topping

since we got some sweet potatoes from the csa program this week, i made a sweet potato casserole.

it was pretty damn good! it was a little too sweet after a while so the next time i make it, i'll make it with a little less sugar and bake it in something with more surface area so there's more streusel in every bite. i got the recipe from epicurious of course.
