Sauteed Shrimp

This is the Sauteed Shrimp that I (myself!!!) made!

1/2 cup of all purpose flour
1 pound of jumbo shrimp (deveined and deshelled)
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of butter
2 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
2 shallots (finely chopped)
1 lemon (juiced)
1/2 cup of chicken broth

Put the flour on a plate with the salt and pepper. You figure out how much salt and pepper you want. I love mine with lots of salt!!! Use a fork to mix it so it mixes evenly. Put the shrimp on the plate and coat it with the flour mixture.

Heat the pan with the butter and oil until it settles. Throw in the shrimp and sautee for about 5 minutes until the outside is crispy. Place on a plate and cover so it is kept warm.

Put the pan back in the stove and throw in the shallots and garlic. Stir for about 1 minute until the shallots and garlic are softer and then throw in the broth and lemon juice for another minute until it is a little thicker. Lastly add the shrimp back to the pan and stir until they are coated evenly.

Viola!!! It should taste pretty good! Haha!

Peace out!

Rent is about $71 a week! Not bad eh?! Tomorrow, we will figure out where we are gonna work. We'll see if we can get our FREE passes to DisneyWorld by tomorrow!!!

Peace out!
